Account Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account at baeej, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account. baeej reserves the right to verify compliance with these requirements at any time by requesting supporting documentation.

By creating a baeej account, you confirm all of the following:

1. You are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. You are physically located in Bangladesh or are a Bangladesh-resident national at the time of registration.
3. You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when creating or operating your baeej account.
4. You have not previously been excluded or banned from baeej or from any affiliated online gaming platform.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

baeej processes all financial transactions exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No other payment methods are currently accepted. baeej does not accept international credit cards, bank wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any other payment instrument not listed here.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on your baeej account:

1. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
2. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, as a security measure to prevent fund diversion.
3. baeej does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges separately.
4. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. baeej reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is above an internally defined threshold or where account activity appears irregular.
5. baeej reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected. In such cases, baeej may freeze the relevant account balance pending investigation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on baeej are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that any bet placed is correct before confirming it. baeej will not reverse or amend bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system, except where a technical error on the part of baeej is subsequently identified and verified.

baeej offers cricket betting markets, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and other game categories. The rules specific to each game category are determined by the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets or wagering real money.

Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baeej platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant legal authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, or through a proxy, nominee, or third-party arrangement.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to access the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not intended by the game rules.
3. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with baeej.
4. Using the baeej platform to launder money or to facilitate any transaction that is illegal under applicable law, including Bangladeshi anti-money laundering regulations.
5. Colluding with other players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or engaging in any form of cheating or match-fixing in relation to any game or betting market offered on baeej.
6. Sharing, transferring, or selling your baeej account to another person, or allowing another person to use your account credentials to access the platform.

baeej monitors platform activity continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, baeej reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including the immediate suspension of affected accounts, the forfeiture of all account balances, and the reporting of relevant account activity to law enforcement authorities.

Amendments and Governing Law

baeej reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the baeej platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the baeej platform shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law and fair dealing. baeej operates to serve players in Bangladesh and aims to handle all disputes in a transparent and fair manner. Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through baeej's internal support process should be directed to baeej via the contact email on this site, with full details of the claim provided in writing.
